Her Ideal Was For The Elders To Grant Her A Unit On The Warrior's Block. She Knows Both Her Idols Live There Trinity. & Of Corse Neo. While Such A Request Has Often Been Denied In The Past By Many Who Seek, A Excuse To Move Inside Diffrent Territorys On The Outside Kayla's Request Was Taken Into Considerating & Later Granted. Giving The Association Between Hector, & Kayla. The Elders Are Fully Aware Of Hectors Macabre Like Behavior, & Have Had Numerous  Complaints Filed Against Him, & His Entire Crew, For Past Unsanctioned Killings Of Unaffiliated Local People. So The Elders Were Sympathetic To Kayla's Request. That Combined With Kayla Was A Nutral, & Had No Other Affiliations With Any Other Groups. Aside From Her Brother. Mean While Most Locals Think Morphis Use The Hanging Of Kayla From Her Balcony, By Big Sue, & Bird As And Excuse To Escalate A Conflict With The Crewsader. Over Hectors Secret Plans, And Ambitions To Take Over The Pipeline By Killing Off The Rank, And File One By One. But That's Just Local Gossiping No One Knows For Certain. Morphis Has Failed To Take Into  Consideration The Crewsaders Defensive Alliance, With Other Crews. Like The Notorious Seminoles, Who's Chieftain Despise The Ground Morphis Walks Upon.
