Neo believes that his new living conditions will become familiar overtime what he doesn't anticipate is Trinity moving his entire unit to a lower level unit to make way for the baby. Trinity move all his things two stories down without Neo even knowing it. and by the time he returned he was no longer living inside the same unit but living two stories down from where he originally was. Neo was pissed This just didn't sit right with Neo Trinity's excuse was making room for the baby. so obviously Neo couldn't argue with that and capitulated once more to Trinity's demands the next Step was having all his personal items rearranged and stored in different places inside the unit, he didn't like it and one thing lead to another and Neo Jacked Out the outside and went back into the Matrix to hide. figuring he could just run away & don't think about it at all. though his intent was to go visit the Oracle and then hide from Trinity.
